Troubleshooting: Lasers connect but don’t “trip”

Question: I have the V2 lasers. When I use my Ipad they seem to connect fine but nothing happens when you go through the gate. When I use my iphone they connect and work perfectly. Any ideas why this might happen?
Answer: That is an odd one. The first thing that comes to mind is the drill. Could you be doing a fly on the phone and a dash on the iPad? With the fly you move through it to start, on the dash you need to block the start laser for a couple seconds before getting the “GO!” message.
