Product Use Disclaimer:  Using any equipment purchased from Dashr is solely at your own risk. Please follow all instructions included with the product carefully to maximize your safety in using the product. Dashr products are not intended to be used for any medical reasons, including diagnosis of fitness-related abnormalities. Dashr products are not toys and should be kept out of the reach of children, as lasers may harm eyes if directly looked into. If your Dashr product malfunctions, cease use immediately and contact us with the details so we can assist. Dashr, without limitations, is not responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of your use of the equipment in any facility and your participation in any activity, program, training or instruction using the equipment except where such injuries result directly and solely from our negligence. If we are negligent, we may be liable for damages arising from that negligence, but only to the extent such damages are directly related to the use of our product, and are not consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or damages for lost profits or revenues.

Product Warranty:  All Dashr products have a one year limited warranty. This warranty covers equipment malfunctions that are not caused by over wear, drop damage, water damage, etc. Equipment that qualifies will be replaced and no cost to the user. User IS responsible for return shipping. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, DASHR MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (C) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.

Damaged Product Policy:  If you receive product that you believe is damaged or malfunctioning in any way, please email  or call 844.44.DASHR and inform us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. We work hard to ensure you receive product of the highest quality and apologize if that is not the case. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

International Shipments: Shipments outside of the United States of America may be subject to import tax by the country receiving the shipment. Dashr does not include these potential fees within your purchase price and is not responsible for paying any potential import fees. Please check with your local delivery service to see if you would be subject to import fees. For reference, Dashr Systems’ ECCN is EAR99 and the H.S. Number is 9031.80.8000.

Return Policy:  If you find that the Dashr product is not what your program was looking for you can return it within 31 days of receiving.  Refund will be dependent on the state of the Dashr equipment when it is received. There is a non-refundable 15% restocking fee for all products once they are received. Damaged product will be prorated. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the person making the return.
