Drill setup guides

Baseball setup guides

Step-by-step setup for each test and the equipment it uses. Many guides show Dashr Blue gates; Silver connects and runs in a very similar way.

Pro-Agility

Dashr elevates the Pro-Agility drill, a comprehensive test of speed, explosion, body control, and directional agility. The technology seamlessly integrates with this drill, utilizing a stationary start and requiring only one timing gate for accurate measurements. An additional gate can be added for a 3-point start.

Broad Jump

Dashr's technology transforms the standing long jump, also known as the Broad Jump, into a precise measurement of explosive leg power. Utilizing Dashr|Jump hardware, this test is electronically conducted with an impressive accuracy of 0.01 inches.

Biometric Measurements

Dashr dramatically expedites the process of gathering crucial biometric and anthropometric data for in-depth athlete evaluations with the Dashr|BioStation. Measure vital metrics such as weight, wingspan, height, and reach effortlessly.

Pop Time

Dashr revolutionizes the measurement of pop time, a crucial metric in baseball, by eliminating potential biases and ensuring accuracy.

60 Yard Dash

Dashr provides an in-depth analysis of baseball players' speed through the widely used 60-yard dash.

Base Running

Dashr offers unparalleled flexibility in measuring baserunning, allowing you to assess any configuration or scenario.
