What’s in the box

Electronically measure vertical jumps and RSI with a pocketsize device! (3.5in x 1.5in x 2in)

This device can be used with or without the Dashr App. For quick feedback, check the screen. To save results in the Dashr ecosystem, connect it in the app!

The Dashr Vert device uses laser curtain technology to project a laser surface to jump on.  So you can treat this as a jump mat that fits in your pocket!

Vertical jump is measured using the Dashr Laser Vertical method or you can convert to the Just Jump calculation.

Reactive Strength Index (RSI) can be calculated using a 5-hop or a drop jump.
