I don’t believe Lap has this feature, and please correct me if I’m wrong but I would like to manual start multiple athletes in a 150 or 200 while standing near the finish timer and get accurate data on finish times for multiple athletes. So the clock would keep running and the app would record every time an athlete breaks the finish laser. I love dashr timing gates, and this would just add additional functionality and it seems like it would be within the realm of the capabilities of the device.

Hey Justin! Sorry for the delay in our response here. The system might already be able to do this if I am understanding you correctly.
So you want to use a single gate, and track athletes coming through one at a time based on a single start. For instance, you say "Go", they take off, and you get split times as they cross the gate at 200m. To do this you would set-up the gate and trigger it to start when you tell the athletes to take off, then you would get times as they come through. Unfortunately there is no way to identify the athlete crossing, so you would need to know the finishing order and and look back at the times. Right now only the first 4 times for lap can be saved, but it will soon be 10 - but this would be saved under a generic athlete you create as it is really a collection of times. Does that make sense?
