Do I need special equipment?

No purchase required to enter — just download the Dashr App and capture your vertical jump. If you happen to use a Dashr jump mat or timing gates, great — but not required.

Can I record outdoors or indoors?

Yes — as long as the jump is measured correctly and posted with the app or with a clear video + tag.

How will the winner be chosen?

The highest verified vertical jump, according to the submitted and tagged post, wins. We will verify the measurement.

What about the coach prize?

When you enter, include the coach’s name/program in your post so that we can recognize the coach alongside the athlete. If you’re uncertain how to tag, we’ll provide a form after your post.
