Pro-Agility

Dashr elevates the Pro-Agility drill, a comprehensive test of speed, explosion, body control, and directional agility. The technology seamlessly integrates with this drill, utilizing a stationary start and requiring only one timing gate for accurate measurements. An additional gate can be added for a 3-point start.

Dash

The Dash is a time/speed measure from point A to point B with optional splits in-between. Note that Dash uses a stationary start and requires 2 timing gates.

Vertical Jump / Max Vertical

Dashr enhances the classic vertical jump test, a century-old measure of lower body power.

Broad Jump

Dashr's technology transforms the standing long jump, also known as the Broad Jump, into a precise measurement of explosive leg power. Utilizing Dashr|Jump hardware, this test is electronically conducted with an impressive accuracy of 0.01 inches.

505 Agility

The 505 Agility test is a test of 180 degree turning ability.

Flying

The Flying drill is a time/speed measure from point A to point B with optional splits in-between. Note that a Fly uses a moving start and requires 2 timing gates.

Which kit do I need for the event tests?

The Silver 2-Gate System runs both: two gates for the 40-yard dash, and one gate for the pro-agility.

Can I run the 40 and the pro-agility at the same time?

Yes, with the Silver 3-Gate System: two gates time the 40 and the third runs the pro-agility. Each drill that runs at the same time needs its own phone or tablet.

Can I add a split to the 40?

Yes. A third gate gives you a split, such as a 10-yard split in the 40-yard dash.

Does it work outdoors?

Yes. Dashr Silver is unaffected by sunlight, indoors or out.

Do I need roster spots?

Your Dashr account comes with 10 free roster spots, and you can add more any time. Athletes who connect with you through the Player Profile app don’t need a roster spot.

Do I need a phone or tablet?

Yes: an Android (9.0 or newer) or iOS (15.0 or newer) phone or tablet, which is not included. No data plan is needed. If you run several drills at the same time, each drill needs its own device.
