The Dashr | Jump Mat is our latest solution for vertical jump and RSI evaluation. Wireless, durable, and portable while using the same app and athlete management system as your other Dashr products!

Includes:
Vertical jump can be calculated using traditional flight time as well as the more realistic vertical accounting for ankle plantarflexion (similar to Just Jump) as the athlete has already traveled vertically before leaving the ground – more details here. This also correlates well with vane-based (Vertec) measurements.
RSI can be captured using 5 consecutive jumps or drop jumps from various heights.
Use the Dashr App to operate and have results saved to your online Dashboard and instantly distributed for free to your athlete in their Player Profile App!
The Dashr Jump Control Module is compatible with other jump mats including Just Jump and Plyomat – allowing you to use those mats while also your online Dashr Dashboard.
Note that if a larger jump surface is desired, multiple mats can be connected to each other!

Dashr Systems require an Android (version 9.0 or newer) or iOS (version 15.0 or newer) compatible device, which is not included.
A mobile network (data plan) is not needed to utilize the Dashr App, therefore any compatible device with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities can be purchased for dedicated use with the Dashr timing systems.
NOTE: If multiple drills are run simultaneously, each drill requires its own mobile device to run the Dashr App.
