The Dashr 2.0 timing system has a maximum range of 60 yards/meters so a single system could not record a 100 m or 200 m linear sprint or around a track. The 60 yard limit is line of sight, so you can have a course with a start and finish within 60 yards of each other.
You could also "daisy chain" systems together and add up results, but this is not what the system was designed for. It is designed for performance testing/training at distances up to 60 yards.
Hi, did the update now allow for a 100m. sprint test?
Thank you for your time. A distance of 100M or greater I believe would be of great value as well.
If i set up for a 200M FlyIn with 4 gates at 50 m each would i be able to have runners run through the first gate before the preceding runner is done with the total distance? Im trying to keep athletes moving without having to wait for the runner to finish. Im really asking if it will still record the splits while a runner is running ahead and not crossed the stop gate
if we wanted to do 20 meter flys with multiple athletes at one time. what would we need to do this, is this possible?
