I added all my athletes to my roster on the Dashboard on my computer, but when I go to use the app, there are no athletes. It shows I have used roster spots, but there is no list of kids to pick from when I test. As a result, I just write down their results and put them into a spreadsheet that I send out weekly. But this is an extra 20 minutes for me every time we test and if I paid for the roster spots, I'd like to use them! I deleted and reinstalled the app already. I am on Dashr 2023 : Version 2.3.9.

We would like you to be able to use them as well!
When testing in the app you press the player clipboard icon on Android or hit the menu at the top right and select "Select From Roster" to view the athletes on the roster. Are you doing this and not seeing the athletes?
If so, can you reach out to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or chat? We will need your email used for your Dashr account so that we can figure out what is going on here.
