We just recently got the system and have an experimenting on a facility. I think it will do really well, we test hundreds of dash and shuttle times every month. The problem I'm running into is the Android version of the app does not seem to work. We have many Apple and Android products such as tablets or facility phones that we use for displaying workouts and using other technology. The Apple version worked once I realized the steps needed to do it, but when repeating the process with Android I cannot get a single test to start (I can get the Android phone to sync to each device and I can give them their identification, but it will not let me connect to them before the test phase). Are there any workarounds for the Android issues I'm suffering

Hello! This is likely 1 of 2 things.
There was a bad install of the app on your Android device, uninstall and reinstall it and see if that does the trick.
When registering the lasers they got mixed up and you are trying to connect a laser that is off or connected elsewhere. I would go into Device Registration on the main page and click on each Blue laser that is registered and remove it. Then one at a time power them back on and assign the number in the app. Make sure you do this one at a time.
Can you try these things and let us know if that did the trick?
