I recently upgraded to the Blue system. I was previously using the 2.0 system. The 2.0 system would occasionally drop times. But now the Blue system is also doing that. Any thoughts on what may be causing the problem? Is it my phone?
Once I restart the app, it seems fine for a while. After yesterday's session, I updated the app. Not sure if that was the issue. But it seems that about 1 in 10-15 times will be dropped and I have to re-set the system. Any help is appreciated.
Hey Derek, missing a time could be a hardware thing (light not going red on the back) or a wireless connectivity thing. Interesting that it works for a while on reset then misses a time. Try reinstalling the app and giving us a call when you have it set-up and we can make sure everything is set-up as recommended. 844-443-2747
